We've gathered answers to many of the questions we receive about our products, commercial licensing, downloads, and custom artwork.

General Questions
What is Cute Digital Assets?
Cute Digital Assets is a marketplace specializing in commercially licensed digital artwork for businesses, makers, designers, and creative entrepreneurs.
Do you sell physical products?
No.
Every product sold through Cute Digital Assets is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
Who creates the artwork?
All artwork is created or owned by Becca Blue Co. and is licensed according to our Commercial License.
Who are your products designed for?
Our products are designed primarily for:
- Small businesses
- Etsy sellers
- Shopify stores
- Handmade businesses
- Designers
- Print businesses
- Creative entrepreneurs
Purchasing & Downloads
How do I receive my files?
After your payment has been successfully processed, your files will be available through your customer account.
Will I receive anything in the mail?
No.
All purchases are digital downloads.
How long can I download my purchases?
Purchased files remain available through your account while Cute Digital Assets remains in operation.
We strongly recommend downloading and securely backing up your purchases after purchase.
What file types do you offer?
File formats vary by product and may include PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, Procreate files, and other formats where applicable. Each product listing clearly identifies the included file types.
Commercial Licensing
Does every purchase include a commercial license?
Yes.
Every purchase includes our Standard Commercial License, allowing you to produce up to 5,000 finished products.
What if my business grows?
You may upgrade that individual design to our Extended Commercial License, increasing your production allowance to 100,000 finished products.
Can I sell on Etsy?
Yes.
Can I sell on Shopify?
Yes.
Can I sell on my own website?
Absolutely.
Can I sell at craft fairs?
Yes.
Can I manufacture my products?
Yes.
You may manufacture products yourself or work with a production partner within your purchased license.
Can I use Print-on-Demand companies?
Yes, provided they are manufacturing finished products for your business and are not redistributing the original artwork.
When do I need an Enterprise License?
If your products will be distributed through national retailers, major wholesale channels, corporate licensing agreements, or other mass-market distribution, you'll need an Enterprise / Mass Market License.
If you're unsure, simply contact us before production begins.
Artwork Usage
Can I modify the artwork?
Yes.
You may resize, crop, recolor, combine, and otherwise modify artwork for use in your finished products.
Can I use multiple designs together?
Absolutely.
Can I use your artwork as my logo?
No.
Our artwork may not be used as a logo or registered trademark without written permission.
Can I trademark your artwork?
No.
Purchasing a license does not transfer trademark rights.
Can I resell the digital files?
No.
Only finished products may be sold.
Can I share the files with my manufacturer?
Yes, when reasonably necessary to manufacture products for your business.
Your manufacturer may not retain, reuse, redistribute, or independently use the artwork.
Refunds & Support
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
The only exception is verified duplicate purchases.
What if my download doesn't work?
We'll gladly replace corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered files.
What if I accidentally purchase the same product twice?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund.
Custom Artwork
Do you accept custom artwork?
Yes.
We accept a limited number of custom projects throughout the year on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I request a custom project?
Visit our Customs page for current availability and submission information.
Will every custom request be accepted?
No.
Project acceptance depends on availability, scheduling, and whether the project is a good fit for Cute Digital Assets.
Customer Accounts
Do I need an account?
Creating an account makes it easier to access previous purchases, download files again, and manage your orders.
What if I lose my downloaded files?
If your purchases are still available through your account and Cute Digital Assets remains operational, you can generally download eligible files again.
However, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
