Welcome to Cute Digital Assets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CuteDigitalAssets.com, operated by Becca Blue Co.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Our Services

Cute Digital Assets is a business-to-business (B2B) marketplace specializing in commercially licensed digital design assets for businesses, creators, designers, makers, and entrepreneurs.

Our products may include, but are not limited to:

Sticker Designs
Sublimation Files
T-Shirt Designs
Mousepad & Coaster Designs

Journal Designs

All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise clearly stated.

Digital Products Only

Cute Digital Assets does not sell physical products through its primary marketplace.

When you purchase from our website, you are purchasing digital files and a commercial license to use those files in accordance with our Commercial License Agreement.

No physical item will be shipped.

Digital Delivery

Digital purchases are generally available immediately after successful payment.

Customers may access purchased files through their customer account while Cute Digital Assets remains in operation.

Customers are responsible for:

Downloading purchased files.
Maintaining personal backups.
Ensuring their software supports the provided file formats.
Reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.

Cute Digital Assets is not responsible for:

Lost files after download.
Deleted customer backups.
Device or software compatibility issues.
Third-party software limitations.

Commercial Licensing

Purchasing a product grants you a commercial license to use the digital asset under the terms outlined in our Commercial License Agreement.

You are purchasing a license to use the artwork.

You are not purchasing ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or exclusive rights to the artwork unless explicitly stated.

All licensing rights are governed by our Commercial License page.

Acceptable Use

Customers may use purchased assets in accordance with their commercial license.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files.
Upload purchased files to marketplaces, file-sharing websites, or print-on-demand marketplaces as standalone assets.
Claim our artwork as your own.
Transfer licenses to another individual or business without written permission.
Use our artwork in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.
Remove copyright notices or ownership information where applicable.

Violation of these Terms or our Commercial License may result in suspension of your account, termination of licenses, refusal of future service, or legal action when appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, illustrations, designs, product images, branding, logos, website content, downloads, and digital assets available through Cute Digital Assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Becca Blue Co.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reproduction, or resale of our digital assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Cute Digital Assets reserves the right to:

Change pricing without notice.
Correct pricing errors.
Cancel fraudulent transactions.
Refuse service when necessary.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered after purchase.

The only exception is the accidental purchase of the same product more than once by the same customer. Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Cute Digital Assets, you agree to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we may provide documentation including:

Purchase records
Download history
Account activity
License information
Payment confirmation

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in:

Suspension of customer accounts.
Revocation of download access.
Termination of commercial licensing rights.
Restriction from future purchases.
Additional legal remedies where permitted by law.

Product Representation

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our digital products.

However:

Colors may vary between monitors and printers.
Printed results may vary depending on materials and equipment.
Product previews and mockups are provided for demonstration purposes.
Finished products created by customers may differ based on printing methods, materials, and production processes.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product meets their business needs prior to purchase.

Custom Artwork

Cute Digital Assets may accept a limited number of custom artwork requests.

Custom projects are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to artist availability.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.

Pricing, project requirements, licensing options, and current availability are provided on our Customs page.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to promptly update any changes to your information.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Customer Reviews

Cute Digital Assets welcomes honest feedback regarding our products and customer experience.

To help maintain accurate and useful product reviews for other customers, we reserve the right to remove or decline reviews that:

Contain false or misleading information.
Are abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory.
Include profanity or inappropriate content.
Promote unrelated products, businesses, or services.
Reveal private or confidential information.
Violate our Terms of Service.

We also reserve the right to remove reviews that are based solely on circumstances that were clearly disclosed prior to purchase, including but not limited to:

Complaints that a product is digital rather than physical.
Failure to read the product description or licensing information.
Inability to use required software or file formats.
Customer printing, cutting, manufacturing, or production issues.
Software, device, or third-party platform limitations.
Requests for features or rights not included with the purchased product.
Disagreement with clearly stated policies, including our Refund Policy or Commercial License.

Removing a review under these circumstances does not affect a customer's legal rights or ability to contact us regarding legitimate product defects, missing files, or customer service concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cute Digital Assets and Becca Blue Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Use or inability to use our products.
Loss of business or profits.
Printing or production errors.
Software compatibility issues.
Third-party services.
Customer misuse of licensed assets.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.

Continued use of Cute Digital Assets after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
