Welcome to the Cute Digital Assets Commercial License.

Cute Digital Assets, operated by Becca Blue Co., specializes in creating high-quality digital artwork for businesses, makers, designers, and entrepreneurs.

When you purchase a product from Cute Digital Assets, you are purchasing a license to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork itself.

This license explains what you may create, which license applies to your purchase, and when an upgraded or negotiated license is required.

Please read this page carefully before using any Cute Digital Assets products commercially.

What You're Purchasing

Every purchase from Cute Digital Assets includes a license to use the purchased artwork according to the terms outlined on this page.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer:

• Copyright ownership
• Trademark rights
• Exclusive ownership
• Rights to redistribute the original files
• Rights to sublicense the artwork
• Rights to claim the artwork as your own

All copyrights remain the exclusive property of Becca Blue Co.

License Overview

Cute Digital Assets offers three commercial licensing options.

Production limits apply per purchased design, not per customer account.

Standard Commercial License

Every purchase from Cute Digital Assets automatically includes our Standard Commercial License at no additional cost.

This license allows you to manufacture and sell up to 5,000 finished products using the purchased design.

Examples include:

• Stickers
• Apparel
• Tumblers
• Greeting cards
• Bookmarks
• Planners
• Journals
• Mousepads
• Coasters
• Fabric
• Packaging
• Home décor
• Handmade products
• Other finished commercial goods

There are no annual renewal fees. Once purchased, your license remains valid for that design under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Extended Commercial License

Businesses expecting larger production runs may upgrade to an Extended Commercial License.

For an additional $10 USD per purchased design, your production allowance increases to 100,000 finished products.

This license is ideal for growing businesses, wholesale operations, and larger production runs that remain outside of mass-market retail distribution.

The Extended Commercial License does not permit mass-market licensing or national retail distribution.

Enterprise & Mass Market License

Large-scale manufacturing and retail distribution require a separate negotiated license.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• National retail chains
• Regional retail chains
• Big-box retailers
• Wholesale distribution
• Manufacturing partnerships
• Corporate licensing
• Licensing artwork to another company
• Products intended for nationwide retail distribution
• High-volume commercial manufacturing

Even if your production quantity falls below 100,000 units, selling through a mass-market retailer or similar distribution channel requires an Enterprise License.

Enterprise licenses are negotiated individually because every project is different.

Pricing, production limits, distribution rights, and licensing terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Manufacturing & Commercial Use

Our POD-ready files are not limited to print-on-demand services.

Under the terms of your purchased license, you may use these files to create physical products through any manufacturing method, including but not limited to:

• Print-on-Demand (Printify, Printful, Gooten, etc.)
• Local print shops
• Commercial printers
• Professional manufacturers
• Your own production equipment

Whether your products are printed one at a time or manufactured in larger quantities, your use is permitted as long as you remain within the limits of your purchased license.

For example, if your license allows up to 5,000 physical products, that limit applies regardless of how those products are manufactured.

Large-Scale Commercial Manufacturing

If you intend to manufacture products for national retailers, major commercial brands, large retail chains, or through a mass-distribution agreement, please contact us before production. These arrangements require a separate commercial licensing agreement.

What Is an End Product?

An end product is a completed item offered for sale or distribution to a customer.

Examples include:

• One sticker
• One sticker sheet
• One mug
• One shirt
• One planner
• One journal
• One fabric panel
• One notebook
• One tote bag
• One calendar

Each individual finished item counts as one end product.

Using the same artwork across multiple different products is permitted, provided your total production remains within the limits of your purchased license.

Permitted Uses

Depending on your purchased license, you may:

• Create physical products for resale.
• Sell products through your own website.
• Sell products through online marketplaces.
• Sell at craft fairs, conventions, and local markets.
• Produce handmade or commercially manufactured goods.
• Use artwork in your own branded products.
• Create products for your own business.

All use must remain within the limits of your purchased license.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are never permitted without written permission from Becca Blue Co.:

• Reselling the original digital files.
• Sharing purchased files with others.
• Uploading files to stock asset websites.
• Giving files away for free.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Registering our artwork as a trademark.
• Using artwork as a logo or primary brand identity.
• Sublicensing or transferring your license.
• Redistributing modified versions of the original artwork.
• Creating digital products that compete directly with Cute Digital Assets.
• Using artwork in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or misleading content.

License Upgrades

If your business grows beyond the limits of your current license, you may upgrade before exceeding your production limit.

License upgrades apply per individual purchased design and are not transferred automatically to other products in your library.

If you believe your business may qualify for an Enterprise or Mass Market License, please contact us before production begins.

License Violations

Using artwork outside the scope of your purchased license constitutes a violation of this agreement.

Cute Digital Assets reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate licensing rights.
• Restrict future purchases.
• Revoke download access where appropriate.
• Request removal of unauthorized products.
• Seek additional legal remedies when necessary.

We recognize that honest mistakes happen. If you discover you've exceeded your license or require additional rights, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can work toward an appropriate solution.
