Creating original artwork is one of our favorite parts of what we do. Whether you're looking for a single illustration or an entire commercial collection, we'd love to hear about your project.

To ensure every commission receives the attention it deserves, we accept only a limited number of custom projects throughout the year.

How Pricing Works

Every custom project is unique.

Rather than using a fixed price list, each commission is individually quoted based on the scope of the project.

Pricing is influenced by factors such as:

• Artwork complexity
• Number of illustrations
• Level of detail
• Commercial usage
• Exclusive licensing requests
• Number of revisions
• Project timeline
• Collection size

Most projects begin around $35 USD, with larger or more detailed commissions quoted individually.

A detailed quote will always be provided before any work begins.

Exclusive Artwork

Some clients prefer artwork that will never be offered through Cute Digital Assets.

Exclusive artwork and buyout agreements are available for qualifying projects.

Because exclusive commissions permanently remove the artwork from future sales, they are quoted separately and carry higher pricing than standard custom commissions.

If exclusivity is important to your business, please mention it when submitting your request.

Our Process

Once we receive your inquiry, we'll review your project and determine whether we're the right fit.

If accepted, we'll:

• Discuss your project goals.
• Provide a detailed quote.
• Estimate a timeline.
• Answer any questions before work begins.

After the project is approved and the required deposit is received, artwork creation will begin.

Payment

Accepted custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

The remaining balance is due before final artwork is delivered.

No artwork, source files, or commercial licenses will be transferred until final payment has been received.

Revisions

Every custom project includes up to two rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions may be available when appropriate and may incur additional charges depending on the scope of the requested changes.

We encourage clients to provide as much detail as possible before work begins to help ensure the final artwork matches their vision.

Turnaround Time

Project timelines vary depending on:

• Current commission availability
• Project complexity
• Collection size
• Revision requests

Estimated completion dates will be discussed before your project begins.

Because every commission is unique, we cannot guarantee completion by a specific date unless agreed upon in writing.

What We Need From You

The more information you provide, the better.

Helpful information includes:

• A description of your project.
• Your intended products or business use.
• Preferred colors or style.
• Size or format requirements.
• Reference images or inspiration.
• Whether exclusivity is required.
• Your desired timeline.
• Any other important details.

The more complete your request, the more accurate your quote will be.

We May Decline Projects

While we'd love to accept every commission, we reserve the right to decline projects that:

• Fall outside our artistic style.
• Conflict with our existing artwork.
• Request content we are not comfortable creating.
• Cannot reasonably be completed within our schedule.
• Conflict with existing licensing agreements.

Declining a project is never personal. We simply want to ensure every accepted commission receives the quality and attention it deserves.

Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all custom artwork is provided with the commercial license specified in your project agreement.

Copyright remains with Becca Blue Co. unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers ownership.

Any exclusive licensing rights, buyouts, or ownership transfers must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
